The Firm’s principal activity in the field of Competition Law is the assistance for enterprises in drafting and preparing opinions for submission to the national antitrust authority in the context of extraordinary transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

The Firm can also assist in proceedings brought by the antitrust authorities in relation to issues concerning unfair competition, cartels and abuse of dominant position and have experience in assisting businesses in unfair competition proceedings concerning other businesses and matters related to the infringement of intellectual property rights.
